Dental care plan
At Daleys Dental Practice, our aim is to provide high quality care and treatment in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment. We are committed to continuing education and keeping up with the changes in modern dentistry. Most of all we encourage preventative techniques - helping you to understand how to maintain the health of your mouth and keep it free of tooth decay and gum disease.
Therefore, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to join the Daley’s Dental Plan, as we believe this provides the best chance of keeping dentally healthy and reducing the need for treatment. Our plan also allows patients to budget for their routine dental care.
Any treatment is excluded from our plans but can be carried out at your convenience on a private basis.
How do I join?
Joining a plan is very simple. All you have to do is complete a direct debit mandate and registration form and your cover will be effective from the start of the next month. If you find you ever wish to end the agreement you can do so simply by giving us one month's notice. Naturally, if amounts due to us are not paid for two months in a row, we may terminate the arrangement.

Two levels of cover are available on the Daley’s Dental Plan:
Dental Plan 1: £14.30 per month

Two detailed examinations per year Two hygiene appointments per year All treatment planning for your future dental needs

All necessary x-rays

All subsequent remedial work within 12 months of recommended restorative work

20% reduction off any crowns, bridges and dentures

20% reduction off any fillings

20% reduction off other dental work (extractions etc)

20% reduction off additional hygiene work

20% reduction on tooth whitening procedures

20% off O. H. products

Assessment of emergency and dental pain with any temporary treatment required during normal surgery hours

Priority access to in surgery and out of hours practice emergency times

UK and Worldwide dental emergency cover with 24-hr helpline

Dental accident cover up to £10,000 per year for treatment required
