Dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics
Ahmed qualified as a dentist from King’s College, London in 2020. Since then, he has worked in general dental practice and undertaken further training among various departments at Liverpool University Dental Hospital. Ahmed has also completed his Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) examinations to become a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Ahmed has always had an interest and affinity for the field of Endodontics (root canal therapy). In 2022, Ahmed started his specialty training in Endodontics, having gained a place onto the competitive 3-year full-time Doctorate in Dental Science course (DDSc in Endodontics) at the University of Liverpool, at the end of which Ahmed hopes to become a GDC registered Specialist in Endodontics. In addition to his clinical training, Ahmed is also completing his research doctorate looking at the restoration of the endodontically treated tooth.
In his spare time, Ahmed enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and is a keen Manchester United fan.
